By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions
Please read carefully
General Terms
• DO NOT use my artworks for anything related to AI image generators, NFTs or any crypto currency
• You cannot use any of my art for commercial purposes unless discussed and agreed upon together
• You cannot claim the art as your own
• I have the right to decline your commission request
• Completion time can vary between 2-6 weeks depending on the commision type and my schedule
• I retain the rights to publish the commissioned piece to showcase my work in my portfolio and social medias unless requested otherwise
Revisions and Updates
• You may request up to 3 major revisions during the sketching and color rough phases before I continue on
• Once in the rendering phase I will only do minor edits
• Updates will include a watermark until completion
Payment and Refunds
• All prices are in EURO
• I accept payment through PayPal, I will send an invoice
• Payment can be 100% upfront or 50% before I start the sketch and 50% upon completion
• You may request a full refund before I start working on the commission
• Once I start the commission, the refund amount will be calculated depending on the completion stage of the piece
• Once in the rendering phase, you cannot request a refund anymore
• Requesting the commission to be completed within a short time frame will entail a rush fee that we will discuss
